Dynamic Consulting was founded in 2019, sparked by a recommendation from a former client. That initial call and subsequent meeting established a strong foundation and highlighted a market need that I was eager to address! Having spent years in corporate America, I focused on building sales teams and delivering exceptional results for some of the biggest names in the industry. My career began with Genuine Parts Company and NAPA Auto Parts, where I honed my expertise in the automotive sector, managing multi-unit operations in cities like Detroit, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis. During my tenure, we developed a harmonious strategy that combined operational excellence with outstanding sales leadership, always prioritizing our customers and achieving significant victories.
I then joined Amazon, gaining invaluable insights into the strategies employed by the world's leading company to succeed. This experience served as a masterclass in operational expertise and people management that I am grateful to have received. I now leverage this knowledge for the benefit of my clients.
My passion for tackling new challenges led me into the startup arena in robotics and software, where I assisted the company in identifying acquisition targets to fuel our growth and innovation journey. This role allowed me to advance to Vice President of Sales, overseeing the North American market. I adopted a client-first philosophy, fulfilling my commitment to increasing their business. My aim was to equip each client with long-term winning strategies to achieve their objectives.
